You can book 1:1 sessions with either Debi or Shannon.

Shannon sees all Reiki and Crystal Healing clients and offers appointments on Tuesday & Thursday evenings as well as Wednesday mornings. You can book online with Shannon by clicking here.

Debi deals with deeper level work and readings. She only takes on a specific number of clients at any one time due to the deeper nature of the healing work.

VIP and Voxer/Telegram Days are reserved to only 2 per month and Debi has a waiting list in place.

Monthly mentoring packages are available as well as an exclusive 1-1 offer to work privately with Debi for up to a year – let’s chat and see what works for you.

Terms & Conditions

By booking any of our services you agree to our terms and conditions.

The preferred way to book is by using the online service. You can pick the treatment of your choice and select a day/time that suits you and make your payment online. The online service will then email us and we will confirm your appointment with you by return. You need to allow 48 hours notice for the appointment. If you wish to have an appointment within 48 hours then please ring us and we will arrange one for you where possible.

Please note the online booking service is called and you will receive automated emails or texts from that service to remind you of your appointment.

Telephone – To ring please call on 028 9142 2214. Please note we are not always able to answer calls as we may be with a client. If we are unable to answer please ensure you leave your name and telephone number clearly on the voice message so we can return your call.

You can also request appointments by emailing – please note the preferred option for booking appointments is the online system.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can use the online booking service to do so as detailed above.
Alternatively simply give us a ring, text or email and we will sort it out for you.
It would be appreciated if you could give 24 hours notice if cancelling, where possible. In the event you are running late for your appointment it would also be helpful if you would text or ring to let us know so we can notify other clients who have appointments after you. This helps to stop the diary running late!
Credit notes can be issued for prepaid appointments, no refunds are given in line with our terms of service.

In the event you miss your appointment and you haven’t let us know then the full fee for the missed appointment will be charged. If you haven’t already paid online, this will be sent to you by way of PayPal invoice and is payable within 7 days of the missed session. If you paid online at the time of booking, no invoice will be sent and no refund will be made.

In the event you missed an appointment due to Covid-19, we can reschedule with no loss of fee, providing you let us know in advance.

Online payment at the time of booking is preferred. However you can pay on the day of your appointment by cash or card. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Cheques are not accepted. 

You should usually allow an hour for your appointment and if having an initial consultation then allow a little extra time. If you would like more information about any of the therapies available then please visit the services page where you will find links to each one and more.
