No synchronicities. No intuitive nudges. Just… silence. It’s a moment many of us fear—spiritual silence. The disconnection. The doubt. The wondering if you’ve lost your way. But over time, I’ve learned the silence isn’t the absence of connection—it’s something sacred.
Ever had a time when the signs dried up?
No synchronicities.
No intuitive nudges.
Just… silence.
I’ve been there more than once.
And I’ll be honest—it used to scare me.
I thought I’d lost my connection. That I must’ve been doing something wrong.
But over time, I’ve learned something important:
The quiet is sacred too.
What Does Spiritual Silence Really Mean?
It often shows up right when you’re crying out for help—begging your guides for a sign, any sign, to help you figure out the next step. And in that moment? They seem to vanish.
As a spiritual coach and mentor, that silence felt crushing.
I couldn’t reach my guides. I felt abandoned. Disconnected.
And worse—I felt like a fraud.
But deep inside, I knew.
This was a test.
A moment to turn inward.
To trust myself more deeply than ever before.
It wasn’t about punishment or disconnection.
It was a nudge to stop outsourcing my decisions to something outside myself.
Even if those “external” guides are really just higher aspects of my own consciousness.
What I’ve come to know is this:
It’s in the silence that something deeper begins to grow—like seeds resting in winter soil.
It’s where you start learning to trust your own wisdom.
To choose without needing permission.
To walk even when the path isn’t lit.
And now that I understand my Human Design, I see these moments differently.
I know how to navigate the in-between.
How to recognise when it’s time to stop reaching out and start listening within.
So if you’re in a quiet season right now…
Know this: You’re not lost. You’re being prepared.
Your Turn:
When was the last time you sat with the silence rather than rushing to fill it?
Can you trust that something is forming beneath the stillness?
With love,
