Rocks n Rituals offers various different ways for you to meditate

Beginner's Meditation Classes

Rocks n Rituals runs beginner’s meditation classes to help you learn how to meditate effectively and to incorporate regular meditative practice into your life. There are 6 classes per course and these will be held on Tuesdays from 7:30pm-8:30pm at Debi’s home in Bangor. The classes are held weekly. The course plan is as follows:

  • Week 1 - Introduction to meditation, concepts and practice
  • Week 2 - Mantra meditation and positive affirmations for positive change
  • Week 3 - Meditation for Healing - using meditation for self-healing
  • Week 4 - Meditation and the Chakra System
  • Week 5 - Labyrinth Meditation practices
  • Week 6 - Meditation on Oracle cards, Angel cards or Tarot cards

Each class will last approximately 1 hour and will consist of a short talk and class discussion about the topic and then a practical application of the topic covered whether that be a guided meditation or an unguided meditative practice. Each week a different technique or topic is discussed and this will help you find what works best for you so that you can then take away what you have learned and incorporate it into your life.

There are 6 places available and the cost for the 6 class course is £30 (£5.00 per class). The full course fee of £30 is payable on the evening of the first class and can be paid by card or in cash or by using the link below. Please note that you should aim to attend each week as refunds are not given for missed classes. A CD recording of the guided meditations used throughout the course is also available for only £5.00.
