You can contact Rocks n Rituals in a variety of ways. First of all, you can send an e-mail to info@rocksnrituals.co.uk. By emailing us you are giving permission for us to contact you by email in response to your query. We may also place you on the mailing list if you are not already on it, providing you give us permission to do so – you can unsubscribe from the list at any time. If you would prefer not to be added to the mailing list then please specify this when emailing. We will endeavour to respond to all emails within 24 hours but please allow up to 48 hours during busy periods. Please note that you should also add our email address to your contacts list or safe senders list to prevent your email provider placing the response in your spam folder.
Some spam filters may place our response to you in your junk or spam folders – to help prevent this please add debibarr@rocksnrituals.co.uk to your contacts or safe senders list. Thanks!

Please note that Debi is often with clients and therefore can't always answer the phone. If this happens, please leave a short message with your name and telephone number so she can call you back. It is helpful if you can repeat your telephone number clearly when leaving the message so she is able to return your call. Debi endeavours to return all calls within 2 hours during the week and within 4 hours at weekends. Please note Debi does not work on a Sunday so all calls on Sundays will be returned on Monday morning.

She tries to respond as quickly as possible but please appreciate she is often with clients. Please note that during busy periods or weekends it may take up to 24 hours to receive a response.
Opening hours
Normal hours of business are 9:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Saturday. Client sessions are available in the evenings with Shannon and you can check the online booking system for times.
Location
Debi and Shannon work from home near Bangor, County Down and will provide the address when you book your appointment.
