Catalyst is my 8-week programme designed for purpose-driven business owners and visionary leaders who are ready to plug the energy leaks that are costing them time, money, and impact.
We use my Sacred Spiral™ framework to unravel unhelpful patterns, nourish and strengthen your energy, and step into the resonance of the leader you came here to be.

Certified and Accredited Reiki Training
Reiki Training is changing – from January 2026 it will be delivered across a 3 month group programme. It’s time to stop squeezing a galaxy into a letterbox!
Reiki Levels 1 and 2 are a profound system of personal development, healing and energy work that requires space to integrate so it doesn’t overwhelm you.
The website is still be updated so the old one day workshops will still appear for now and can be booked until the end of 2025.

Reiki and Crystal Healing Sessions
Please note that I no longer offer Reiki and Crystal Healing as standalone sessions.
These healing modalities remain an integral part of my work and are still woven into my group programmes and private 1-1 mentorship, where appropriate. I continue to work intuitively with Reiki, crystals, and other energetic tools as needed – but only within the context of deeper, transformational work.
This shift allows me to honour the demands on my time and energy, and to focus on the soul-aligned offerings that create lasting change for my clients.
Until the end of 2025, standalone Reiki sessions are available with my daughter Shannon, a trained Usui Reiki Master and Holy Fire Practitioner. You can book with her directly until then – she sees clients during the last week of the month usually.

Book a private one to one Reiki session with Shannon Barr – Reiki is not limited by location, it can travel across time and space so it can be provided to you either in person or at distance, whichever your preference. Simply specify when booking whether you wish to attend in person or have a distance session.
You can also have crystals added for no additional charge – just ask Shannon if you’d like to incorporate them in your session.
