Debi and Raven

I’m Debi.

I specialise in energetics for life and business, with over 15 years of experience supporting leaders, entrepreneurs, and practitioners to reclaim their power, stabilise their energy, and lead with clarity and authority.

I’ve lived both sides of this work.
The corporate grind. Burnout. Chronic pain. Depression. Self-doubt. Collecting tools but not fully letting myself lead with them.

Redundancy forced a choice.
Stay in a life that looked fine on paper, or step fully into what I knew, felt, and embodied to be true.

Catalyst was born because I saw the gap everywhere.
People awakening, but not embodying.
People rising, but not yet leading.

What I know for certain after 15 years in this industry is this:
When you master your energy, you shape your reality.

Energetics is not fluffy or vague.
When understood properly, it is practical, strategic, and deeply embodied. It influences every decision, interaction, and outcome. When you work with it consciously, you stop spinning your wheels and start creating from a place of grounded authority.
