Reiki training has evolved – and so has the way I teach it.
For years, the standard in the Western world has been to cram an entire energetic lineage into a weekend workshop. Two days. Maybe three if you’re lucky. But Reiki isn’t a party trick. It isn’t meant to be rushed. It’s a way of living, breathing, connecting… becoming.
And squeezing a galaxy’s worth of wisdom into a letterbox of time simply doesn’t work.
Many people left feeling overwhelmed, under-supported, or unsure how to integrate the teachings on their own.
Not because they weren’t capable – but because the container was too small for the depth of what Reiki truly is.
So I rebuilt the entire experience from the ground up.
Not to make it longer.
But to make it truer.
What Reiki actually is (and why this matters)
Most people only ever encounter the system of Reiki:
the hands-on healing, the table, the symbols, the motions.
That’s the visible tip of the iceberg.
Reiki itself is universal life force energy.
A living current that flows through you – not something you “do.”
To work with Reiki properly, you need space.
Space to breathe into the practice.
Space to ask questions.
Space to experience the shifts, not rush through them.
This is why I no longer teach Levels 1 & 2 in a weekend.
A new way to learn Reiki – slow, steady, embodied
Your training is now delivered over three months, giving you room to absorb, embody, and truly understand the energetics behind the practice.

Six online classes (live with me on Zoom)
We cover all Five Elements of Reiki – properly, deeply, and with time to practise:
Breathwork and meditation
The Reiki principles & philosophy
Hands on/off healing
Symbols, mantras and kotodamas
Reiju (placement/attunement)
Support between sessions
You’ll have access to a private alumni community for questions, reflection, and connection with others navigating the same journey.
Optional in-person practice day (Belfast)
If you want hands-on professional development, you can join an in-person training day designed to ground your skills and build confidence.
Ongoing support after the course
Once your training is complete, you’ll receive a special invitation into the Circle – my space for spiritual development and connection – so your journey doesn’t just end at Level 2.
This is Reiki training with depth, integrity, and the spaciousness it deserves.
Master Level becomes the natural next step
Because you’re not rushed, confused, or left to figure things out alone, you build a solid energetic foundation.
By the time you complete Levels 1 & 2, you’ll feel confident, grounded, and ready for the Master pathway when the time is right.

Course Dates
Start Date: Saturday 11th April 2026, 9am-1pm
Live Classes: Level 1 classes will run on 11th April, 25th April and 2nd May from 9am-1pm. Level 2 classes are on 23rd May, 6th June and 20th June. All classes run 9am to 1pm and live attendance is expected however replays are available – please note you MUST attend live on placement days – Saturday 25th April and Saturday 23rd May.

- Rocks n Rituals is an approved and accredited IPHM training provider. This means that our courses in Reiki, Crystal Healing, Shamanism and Tarot are accredited and you can apply to become a member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine body and get discounted insurance if you wish to practice professionally after taking our courses.
Terms and Conditions for Bookings
All Reiki and other in person course bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Each course will have 2 payment options. You can pay in full or you can select a payment plan option.
When you pay in full you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Your place will be secured on the course you have booked and no refunds will be given should you cancel or fail to attend the course. In the event you need to reschedule your course booking, your course fee can be carried over once only to the next available course date. If you then fail to attend that subsequent course no refund will be given and you will lose your fee. Please ensure, therefore, that you can actually attend the course before making your booking and payment.
When you choose a payment plan you are legally bound to pay the full fee over the agreed period. Should you fail to make your payment or cancel your payment plan, you will be in breach of contract with us and legal action will be taken to safeguard the business. In the event you are attending the course before the payment plan ends, we are trusting you to be honest and to complete your payment plan as legally agreed. Should you fail to do so we will revoke your certification and legal action will follow.
If you booked your place on one of our courses using our previous booking method of non-refundable deposit and balance payment, then the balance is due 7 days before the course starts. Should you fail to make your payment within the required timeframe then you will lose you deposit and your place on the course.
In the event that Rocks n Rituals has to cancel the class you will receive a full refund for monies paid, or a credit note if you prefer for a future class. Please note that we will only cancel classes in the event of an emergency situation or a situation which is beyond our control.
