The Catalyst programme was even more than I was expecting. Looking at things from an energetic perspective was an eye opener, and it really helps you to understand where you have been going wrong, and then what you can do to create where you need to be heading. I genuinely looked forward to every session and was sad when it come to an end because not only was it an amazing programme, it had amazing people in there as well supporting, and cheering you on. Debi’s no nonsense, honest approach is just what you need. As she says she’s not the fluffy bunny act, but she holds the space with warmth, affection, and humour. You’ll get aha moment after aha moment. The best thing is that you can access it again and again after it ends. In those rewatches you’ll pick up on bits you may have missed first time around. If you need a kick start or just a nudge to finding where you need to be going then this is a must not miss it!
